Felicita Fynbos Estate was envisioned by Wayne Gordon, a South African entrepreneur with interested across multiple sectors. 

Together with its investor-owners, the Estate is being developed to create long-term value through agricultural enterprise, curated hospitality, eco-tourism, and premium off-grid sustainability. 

The planned use of the seven residences supports a balanced mix of private living, sustainability-focused experiences, agricultural gatherings, and fynbos preservation.
